Job Description

1. Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with customer demand.

2. Research, design, and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.

3. Lead a team of workers and other managerial staff.

4. Development of sheet cutting, bending, and draw dies and fixtures.

5. Manufacturing / fabricating of different sheet metal-related machines.

6. Training of freshly hired workers.

7. Research, design, and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.

Experience:

1. Has worked on Manual Lathe Machine / Manual Milling Machine for a minimum of five years.

2. Has worked purely in dies, jigs & fixture-making company.

3. Knows how to operate CNC Wire Cut Machine, EDM Machine & CNC Milling Machine.

4. Should have assembled dies, jigs & fixtures by himself.

5. Knows how to manufacture Sheet cutting, sheet bending, sheet draw dies, jigs & fixtures and molding dies.

6. Should have a good grip on AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
