Job Description:

Administrative managers supervise administrative team members and ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner. 

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Planning, arranging venues, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings and conferences.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special assignments and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Write internal communications documents, including handouts and emails.
  • Review materials created by others and offer suggestions for improvement
  • Present progress and results of tasks to management and other stakeholders.
  • Establish contact lists and update information periodically
