- Having experience of minimum 20 years for Housing Buildings or high rise Construction; Should be expert in Escalation, variation and claims.
- May devise drawings of Civil Works (Or guide CAD persons for designing work);
- Must derive quantities from Drawings;
- Prepare IPC`s Must do Costing of above-works;Must be familiar with Costing Software
- Should be Engineering Graduate or B-Tech Diploma Holder.
