| Job Description: |
We require an Assistant Factory Manager who has hands-on industrial experience.
- He will be responsible for day-to-day management of factory administration.
- The Assistant Factory Manager should be able to plan, schedule and oversees all administration related activities.
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure that all employees under supervision are aligned with the company goals.
- Supervise the Admin Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
- Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed.
- Update and maintain schedules.
- Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs.
- Manage the coordination and control of all jobs.
