Candidate Requirement
Good in Linux and windows servers administration
- Should have prior experience with Azure cloud computing
- Should have prior experience of development support
- Should support, configuration, maintenance & up-gradation of in-house networks
- Should be able to Troubleshoot and maintain Virtual environments and hardware servers
- Should be able to manage the complete cycle of data storage, backups, replication, and data restoration in case of failure or disaster
- Should be able to provide support to the department manager in the documentation and relevant reports. Also, update inventories
- Should be able to respond to the queries/complaints within agreed time limits to attend and resolve complaints.
- Should be able to prioritize and manage multiple complaints at the same time
