| Job Description: |
- A to Z Construction of RCC Bridges.
- Managing the structural team to achieve goals.
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
- Responsible for overseeing the project with respect to time, cost and quality from start to finish.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, consultants, architects and vendors.
- Scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines.
- Resource (Human, Materials, and Equipment) management and monitor construction progress, including workers’ productivity.
- Recognition and mitigation of risks to the projects. Documentation, reporting Progress.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
