Job Brief:

We are looking for a production chemist to handle manufacturing procedures in our plant.

Requirements:

1.    Manufacturing of products including: Hand wash liquid, Hand Sanitizer, Cleaning Sprays etc.

2.    Handle production of the chemicals safely and effectively.

3.    Coordinate prioritize and plan manufacturing tasks to meet deadlines.

4.    Ensure final product meets quality and customer specifications.

5.    Train junior chemists on manufacturing procedures.

6.    Maintain sufficient stock of chemicals and supplies according to demand.

7.    Ensure that materials are labeled properly and used in right quantities.

8.    Investigate issues, analyze root causes and define resolutions.

9.    Suggest improvements for manufacturing procedures to achieve project objectives.

10.  Develop standard procedures to improve quality and efficiency.

11.   Provide assistance to junior chemists when needed.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years relative industry experience.
