| Job Description: |
Assist Sr. ERP Specialist in develop, updating, modifying and deleting forms/reports/personalization by fetching data from ERP to support business needs.
- Assist Sr. ERP Specialist in developing User Defined Objects (UDO), User Defined Fields (UDF), User Defined Tables as and when requested by internal users.
- Troubleshoot any type of issue raises in ERP systems.
- Assist Sr. ERP Specialist for any type of new ERP development (design, development, implementation and training) as per the requirements.
- Liaison with Sr. ERP Specialist to ensure timely and efficient installation of ERP module at client terminals with authorized rights only.
- Assign user rights as per the authorization of ERP.
- Provide user support provided to minimize technical issues.
- Give technical trainings to users to enhance their skills.
- Assist Sr. ERP Specialist in developing simplified solution in ERP for handling various situations and problems to best suite business and users’ needs.
- Conduct system audits with Sr. ERP Specialist to identify deviation from defined practices and take corrective measures.
- Periodically review application controls and update Sr. ERP Specialist on ongoing basis.
- Periodically check quality and accuracy of new as well as existing reports added in ERP and update Sr. ERP Specialist on ongoing basis.
- Identify, troubleshoot and rectify missing transactions in ERP as and when required.
- Provide all type of customized data as per user requirements.
- Provide user support to maintain and improve services standard.
- Coordinate with ERP service provider to solve all types of issues in or new development in ERP system.
