| Job Description: |
- Leading a technical team of migration consultants across to IaaS and PaaS platforms.
- Customer collaboration on migration and discovery workshops and documentation
- Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions across multiple technologies such as Microsoft, Open Source and Oracle.
- Migration planning exercises and effort estimation for projects/ proposals
- Engagement with Version 1 partners such as Microsoft and 3rd party tool vendors
- Delivery responsibility of Microsoft Azure migration projects.
- Documentation of solutions (e.g. architecture, configuration and setup).
- Mentoring junior members of the Azure migration team
- Working within a project management/agile delivery methodology in a leading role as part of a wider team.
- Collaborate and liaise with other Version 1 and customer stakeholders
- Assisting in providing post migration support for customers
- Provide effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to relevant customer personnel to ensure an appropriate level of future self-sufficiency
- Transition of projects to Version 1 Managed Services teams or customer support teams.
