| Job Description: |
- Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks.
- Monitoring system and network performance.
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on In-house ERP and third party software.
- Maintain documents and reports on current hardware, software and network stats.
- Offsite/ onsite support to users.
- Should have knowledge of equipments and markets
- 50% travelling required
