| Job Description: |
This intern will support our computer network team. Duties may include:
- Helping to provide computer network hardware/software support and creates/maintain documentation and diagrams.
- Troubleshoot computer network issues to resolution in a timely manner.
- Execute software installation procedures and user manuals documentation.
- Practice software installation and maintenance functions associated with support instructions to confirm adequacy of documented process.
- Updates the data inventory of computer and network equipment.
