Job Description: |
We are inquest of suitable candidates for the position of Customer Service- Inbound Interns for one of our client.
Duty and Responsibilities:
- Perform various assigned duties.
- Order verification via calls.
- Will be responsible for handling inbound calls & help customers with their queries.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum graduation.
- Good English written & vocal communication skills would be considered.
- Good computer & interpersonal skills.
NOTE: Pick and drop facility available for females.
Internship Duration: 2 months
Duty Timings: Rotational. |
