1. To gather sales and inventory information of key accounts.
2. To analyze sales data and make daily/monthly/quarterly sales & inventory reports of key accounts.
3. To make price notifications and price adjustment documents for key accounts.
4. To keep a record of all demo phones given to key accounts by the head office and timely update the information in the DMS system.
5. To follow up the sales volume of new products and products in price adjustment.
6. To make ledger adjustment sheets as needed.
7. To manage key accounts documents (interior and exterior).
8. To manage the DMS sales system, set the configuration parameters and solve problems posed by Branches.
9. To coordinate with other departments and help them make reports to analyze the potential of key accounts.
10. To punch delivery orders of key accounts.
11. To offer timely answers and solutions to the queries and confusion of key accounts.
12. To provide DMS training to co-workers and Vivo personnel.
